Abstract: In this systematic review we collect the main articles addressing the team and personal features of engineering services. This is one of the most complex services where a combination of both skills and abilities are required to join a team or be able to coordinate it. This review first discusses about the concept of engineering services and the characteristics that make it different from the rest of the tertiary sector, the personal characteristics of team members, the specifics features of leaders or coordinators and finally those features that should have a group as a whole.
