Abstract: Par définition, l’évaluation répond à des questions évaluatives, c’est-à-dire des questions portant sur la qualité et l’intérêt. C’est ce qui justifie l’utilité et la pertinence des évaluations par rapport à une simple mesure d’indicateurs ou de simples résumés, observations et histoires.
