Abstract:
The paper aims to present a theoretical pioneer contribution to discussion on public finances, which is a proposal to improve the revenue and public deficit reduction, from a tax eficiente policy of providing quality public services and inducing private investment to promote economic growth, increasing in this way the social welfare. However, Laffer's way add new elements to the debate of fiscal multipliers, to demonstrate in a way unprecedented public investment policy may have a desirable impact on the collection, the public deficit and economic growth.
