Abstract: We consider the problem of content evaluation, an interpretation of the traditional aggregate indicators of the economic dynamics. The meaningful context of the discussions the current state of the national economy by expanding the range of possibilities interpretation is extended, the obstacles on the way of the progressive institutional changes are revealed, the necessity of creating the new commercial institutions is founded.
