The Planning Of A Production Capacity In The Connection With The Resource Motivation Of The Enterprise’s Production Plan

Abstract: The review of the existing approaches to the planning of production capacity of the industrial company is presented in the article. The disadvantages of the traditional method of a planning the production capacity’s movement as an instrument of a resource foundation of the industrial company’s production plan are mentioned. The necessity of the using of the various approaches to the task solution noted above in the process of the development the current and perspective tactical plans of the enterprise is proved. The place of planning the production capacity’s movement of enterprise in the system of the production’s tactical planning is specified. The principal terms of the author’s approach to the planning the production capacity according the new paradigm of the forming the enterprise’s production plan is formulated.
