Abstract: The principles of a forming of the factors of a priority of the railway tourism development in Ukraine are regarded in this work. The list of the factors of the railway tourism competitiveness is formed. The farther work directions of the Ukrainian railways are offered with the purpose of the railway tourism development in Ukraine.
