Abstract: The forms and the methods of the financing the international scientific and technical collaboration are generalised in the article. The institutional bases of research cooperation Ukraine and Byelorussia are revealed. The specific of the financing participation of the Ukraine in research collaboration with RB is analysed. The main forms of the financing collaboration are commercial and state financing. The conclusion is motivated about insufficiency efficient demand for scientific achievements and budgetary restrictions greatly influence upon scales and structure cooperation. The perspective mechanisms of the financing international research cooperation are offered.
