Abstract: The role of investments in the progressive development the national economy is revealed. The structure of investments, including foreign ones, aimed at the Azerbaijani economy. An effect of the investment climate to attract investment in the economy is marked. The factors influencing the investment value are analyzed. We consider the government’s measures to improve the investment climate in the country.
