Abstract: The system research results of interdependences and dynamics of the volume index and specific financial and economic indices of the cargo transportation by rail transport are presented in the article. The methodological approaches of their analysis and estimation on the basis of the normative models developed by the authors and coefficients of the quantitative are proposed.
