Abstract:
In the articles the conclusions are given from the study of features and lines of intellectual capital and intellectual labor. In this context the multilevel factors of influence are probed on their development and activation in economic transformation and social life of country. The credible ways of adaptation are analyzed to the modernization changes of global scale.
