Abstract: In the article the feasibility of forming a modern regulatory system of transformation processes in natural and resource field of region. The main trends in natural resource areas of Rivne region are analysed. The mechanisms of increasing environmental investments and improve the investment attractiveness of the natural resource sector are offered. It is grounded the environmental priorities of enhance the cooperative movement as a condition of commercialization of wildlife management in rural areas.
