Abstract: The article examines the process of the intellectual capital reproduction by developing the intellectual capital through educational and scientific process and attraction of intellectual resources and products. It was developed methodical recommendation for planning the intellectual capital of the enterprise by forming the absolute and relative indicators of the educational and scientific process. The indicators are characterizing the volume of the generated intellectual resources and products and their efficiency.
