Abstract: The article shows the necessity of increasing the volume of investment ensuring of the development of the food industry. It is revealed the notable features slowing processes of attracting foreign investment in the food industry of Volyn’ region. The mechanisms of lengthening the investment potential of companies in certain segments of the food industry in the region are offered.
