Abstract: It is worked out and grounded the algorithm of formation and realization the optimal for Ukraine binary type strategy of sustainable development in conditions of resource restrictions. It is improved (on the basis of combination of regulation and realization the system-complex, synergetic, object-targeted, resource-functional approaches with classical thermodynamic principles) structural-logical schemes and methods of identification the transformational changes, it makes easier practical establishment the new strategic toolkit for ensuring the regeneration of economical state’s system.
