On The Necessity Of Economy’s State Planning From The Optimal Planning Theory Position

Abstract: In the article the necessity of restore the updated economy’s state planning from the optimal planning theory position is grounded. The update consists in the fact that balance supply and demand should be no administrative methods, but with the help of improved prices generated by the State Planning Commission for inter-sectoral and inter-regional products.
