Abstract: The methodological approaches to the assessment of the scale of illegal turnover of excisable goods are summarized. The technique of evaluation of the volumes of illegal circulation of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products is offered. The estimation of illegal circulation of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products in 2008 – 2012 is made.
