Abstract:
In the article the relationship of corporate culture and industrial democracy influenced by conditions prevailing in consequence of a combination of logic of anti-crisis measures and the transition to knowledge economy is investigated. Requirements for the system management and organizational relationships associated with increased competition in the world, and with the EU-Ukraine Association are increased. In the difficult economic processes the ways to adapt to global trends are analysed. From this perspective, background of productive system receiving capital is investigated on macro- and micro-levels.
