Abstract: The article is dedicated to solving the problem of theoretical and methodological justification of the choice of logistics strategies in conditions of crisis state of enterprise. Model of management of logistic development of enterprise, depending on efficiency of management of logistics processes and the depth of crisis state in the enterprise is suggested. Essence of selected strategies for each of quadrants of logistics condition is revealed. The results of modeling are presented on the example of food industry enterprises of Ukraine.
