Abstract: Recently Ukrainian hotel business has been of significant importance in service industries. It is considered as the substantial component of state and regional social and economic policy which affects both tourism field's potential realisation, business connections and satisfaction of social and cultural citizens' needs. At the same time there is a set of pressing problems which require solution. Hotel price control is one of them. Taking into account the fact of existing many factors which have an influence upon prices of the services provided, it is difficult for hotel management to develop flexible policy capable of not worsening their financial status as well as satisfying demands of touristic services.
