Abstract:
The necessity of the formation of the modern institutional environment of market transformation of the natural resource sector is grounded. On the basis of the studies it is found that the institutional environment regulation transformation of natural resource sphere is a combination of formal and informal institutions and institutional conditions aimed at streamlining the process of transformation to renewal, restoration and conservation of natural resources. Particularly difficult are the problems of formation the informal institutions of economic development of natural resources, as this process is too stretched in time. The basic premise of the acceleration of the transformation processes in natural resource area is based on the formation of private farms of modern forms of cooperative structures to centralize investment resources and organizational capacity to implement environmental projects.
