Intensification Of Recreational Activities In Drainage Reclamation: Regional Priorities And Institutional Requirements

Abstract: In this paper the necessity of activation of the recreation business on reclaimed lands that are not suitable for agricultural production is grounded. The basic problems of expanded potential's reproduction of recreational industry in the area of drainage reclamation due to the low concentration of investment resources in these areas and the lack of effective public policies that support the development of green and rural tourism are revealed. Accelerating the process of development of the industry of recreation activities is associated with the development and implementation of building green and rural tourism based on the agreements of public-private partnerships. It is offered an application of fiscal stimulation of green and rural tourism in the area of large-scale drainage reclamation based on tax reliefs and subsidies recreational businesses within households.
