Abstract: The influence of peculiarities of production processes of ship engineering companies on timeliness and quality of managerial decisions of different levels is considered with a glance on the influence of the setback in production on competitiveness of company at world shipbuilding markets. Corresponding original models of informational support of such decisions making obtained further development based on fuzzy holonic agencies techniques.
