Abstract: The efforts of enterprises to develop informal quality management systems together with new resources of IT give another impetuous to creating of automatic quality management systems. Implementation of such systems requires solution of the number of scientific tasks related with process stimulation on the basis of statistical quality management methods and industrial risk limitation. The article deals with urgent tasks solution of which will allow automating decision process within quality management systems.
