Securing international economic activity of a region under the conditions of macroeconomic instability

Abstract: The article deals with the external-economic activities of a region, its start and economic indicators that reflect the overview of various methodological approaches to the international activity of a region under social and economic instability condition. Based on differentiation of business entities by the ownership form, two types of international business have been defined: private and public ones. The cross-border cooperation of a region has been revealed that is implemented within the framework of "Dniester" Euroregion with the following members: Vinnytsia region (Ukraine) and Soroca, Donduşeni, Ocnița, Florești, Șoldănești, Rezina and Dubăsari districts (Moldova). The main aim of establishment and functioning of the "Dniester" Euroregion is an implementation of programs of integrated and harmonized development of the territories adjacent to Dniester River and fulfilment of targets set by the program. The import and export indicators in the regions and the ways of their increase have been suggested.
