New "collection" of assets on the region's territory as a mechanism of its capitalization

Abstract: The most system-defined issues the regional innovative programs' authors face have been analysed. It has been proven that the innovative economy with production clusters, free economic zones, regional innovative systems, techno parks that serve as an intermediaries and "windows" into the interregional and global market and play the role of "engine rooms" and "growing point" compared with the rest of the region's territory is to be the basis for the third strategic direction: new "collection" of assets on the territory of the regions as a mechanism of its capitalisation.
