Main reasons thwarting the decentralization process in Ternopil region

Abstract: The basic problems of implementation of the decentralization process in the Ternopil region have been revealed. It has been demonstrated the inability of two largest villages within 20 kilometers from the regional center to form viable communities, to create and develop the necessary social and physical infrastructure.
