Abstract: The article deals with the peculiarities of operation of the national and regional water-economic complexes under the decentralisation conditions. The expediency to attract alternative influence subjects into the regional water-economic complexes management has been grounded. They will allow t increase the level of capitalization of water resources management and facilitate their efficacious attraction into the reproductive process.
