Modern regulatory model of domestic insurance market and perspectives of its development

Abstract: This article deals with analysis of modern stage of state regulation of insurance market in Ukraine. The influence of particular instruments of state regulation on the quantitative indicators of domestic insurance market development has been analysed. The assessment of existing approaches to the reforming of regulatory model of domestic insurance market has been made, the perspectives and consequences of their implementation have been determined. The main conceptual approaches to the development of state regulation of insurance sector in Ukraine have been disclosed.
