Abstract: The notion of credit risks and its main causes and consequences have been studied in the article. The bank overdue accounts payable have been analysed, and the methods to reduce the risk of loans non-return have been offered. The expediency to take marketing measures aimed at restoration of confidence in credit and depositary functions of commercial banks.
