Comprehensive development of agro-industrial production: challenges and priorities

Abstract: The article reveals the need to increase the level of all-inclusiveness of agro-industrial production in connection with the raw material orientation of Ukrainian agrarian exports and the emergence of imbalances in the production of certain types of agricultural products. The main trends in the dynamics of net current income received by agrarian business and the added value they create have analysed. The strengthening of the raw material orientation of the agrarian sector of the national economy in connection with an increase in the share of grain crops in the structure of exports of agricultural and food products has been established. The expediency to correct the system of agrarian sector development regulation is substantiated through diversification of instruments of stimulation of integrated development of agro-industrial production.
