Abstract:
Canton Gualaceo, Province of Azuay, Ecuador, is characterized by the production of handmade footwear, artisans have seen the need to launch new products that capture the a" ention of customers. To this end, a group of experts in the manufacture of shoes has been assembled in order to apply a model based on fuzzy logic, using the STIM12 method, for the design and innovation of a new footwear in the ladies segment, in particular a boot, in which all the possible elements that catch the tastes and preferences of the female consumer are considered. This introduces an innovative method for the creation and acceptance in the market of a new product.
