Abstract: The aim of this e research is to analyze Fintech as a digital culture in Venezuela at a time when the financial sector has faced the loss of confidence of its customers, and the boom in emerging technologies. These, provide new work models to the demands of its consumers, what has given way to these new actors from the technology sector offering, innovative platforms of financial products and services, on a personal and business level, that better fit their needs and contributes to their financial inclusion. Identifingand explaining FinTech business models, the disruption of traditional banking, and the regulatory trends at the international and national levels; will strengthen knowledge in the financial area.
