Abstract:
This research aims to show practical elements to understand the new forms of cooperation in Latin America (LA). Firstly, identifying the different sorts of international financial cooperation and forms of cooperation within a global context and Latin America. Secondly, look into the new volunteers and the advantages of financing to the region’s countries. Lastly, exploring the role of universities in the new international scenarios of financial cooperation. This research adds new ideas that make the topic of international financial cooperation for the region in the last twenty years understandable and create interest in studying it.
