Abstract:
The Association internationale de droit économique held a conference on the "functions of the procedure in the European economic law" at the University of Mons in Belgium. Keeping in mind the traditional functions of the procedure in the European Union (preliminary ruling, procedural autonomy of Member States, European judicial law), we try to measure the consistency of the European market of Justice that emerges with a real integrative purpose.
