Abstract: The 2020 Report assesses the role of productive capacities in supporting recovery and long-term development in LDCs amid the COVID-19 crisis. The report examines infrastructure, technology, industrial development and structural transformation, and discusses policies needed to build resilience and accelerate sustainable growth.
