This problem may be due to several factors, one of the main hypotheses to be analyzed in this work is the lack of effective policy instruments to promote investment in wind technology in the study region. The primary objective is to study the impact of different incentive mechanisms to promote wind energy and its potential to promote development of the same nationwide, with particular emphasis on the analysis of the potential of wind energy in the province of Buenos Aires
