Abstract:
The economic and social mobility contributes or not to the economic growth and to the quality of the life? The social framework and social classes were and are a subject’s research very difficult and complex the deal with, because of the big number of incident variables. Any case the condition to have a virtuous mobility is to have social framework in which realize it, through virtuous way. After some considerations on the various typologies and definitions of social framework mobility, the essay analyses the quality aspects, considering the virtuous and vicious versions related to the economic growth and to the life’s quality in the long period. The only virtuous selection of human capital allows to organize in equitable and efficient way all the politic economic and cultural activities as the necessary condition to sustain a higher level of universal welfare and an international comparison always and always exacting, without forget an increasing of the level of sharing and widespread democracy. The considerations analyze the social framework and the mobility genesis as individual and collective elaborations, drawing synthetically the supply and the demand. By the observations, they come out the numerous social and economic benefits that could balance in the long period the individual renounces of the short one, if making in a context of due consciousness. In this wayit’s evident the necessity to develop the economic and sectorial politics, such as instruction, regulation and information, as instruments for increase and consolidat e the consciousness of the social framework and the virtuous social mobility.
