Abstract:
In the article there are given theoretical grounds results the necessity of state's participation in labour potential formation and development of Higher educational institutions by determining the age limit on tenure of research and pedagogical personnel. Moreover, the article contains critical analyses results of the content of the Draft Law on the Introduction of Changes to certain legislative acts of Ukraine on set-ting the age limit on tenure of research and pedagogical as well as pedagogic personnel of educational institutions, and also the suggestions for improving its content.
