Abstract: The quality of a nation depends upon the quality of its citizens. The equality of their education depends more upon any other single factor, upon the quality of their teachers. To make our teachers competent and efficient has always been a challenge for the educators when our education system is facing multiple problems starting from the incompetent selection of student teachers through inadequate practice teaching to unscientific supervision and assessment. The quality of education is a direct consequence and outcome of the quality of teachers and teacher education system. Teachers are in need of continuing education so that they can deal with the changes cropping up in the society. Key words: Quality Teaching, Teaching Community Education System
