Abstract:
The report examines the relationship between public law and business in relation to administrative control. The influence of the dynamics in the social development of the XXI century on the need for normative changes on the occasion of the implementation of the state-business interaction is analyzed. Emphasis is placed on the right to good administration, as well as the meaning of administrative control, according to the current national public law.
