Problems and Perspectives in the Development of Fiscal Decentralization in Bulgaria

Abstract: The effectiveness of financial relations between central and local authorities and the guarantee of greater financial autonomy for municipalities is achieved through the application of the principles of fiscal decentralization. In the scientific report are studied characteristics of fiscal decentralization and problems surrounding its development. Moreover was made a study of changes in the level of fiscal decentralization in Bulgaria in recent years.
