Abstract:
The Bulgarian Black sea area is a dynamically developing region, in which the economic, political, energy, transport and trade interests of the Eurasian countries are realized. It generates specific revenue in the range of the local authorities that have their own dynamics and specificities. Their extensive research is an important part of the overall state development.
