Abstract: There are four areas for water resources management in Bulgaria, one of the areas for managing these resources is the Black Sea Basin Management Area. The purpose of this report is to outline the main trends and challenges facing the water resources management in this area. The report presents results of an empirical survey conducted in the Black Sea region.
