Abstract:
The study examines the role of user-led innovation within the concept of Industry 4.0 in regional development context. The research includes literature review in order to scope, analyse and summarize conclusions about the best practices in utilizing user-led innovation for the purposes of introducing and boosting Industry 4.0 in regions aiming these regions development. The results of the research provide key points based on which the regions may start benefiting from Industry 4.0 by adapting user-led innovation.
