Abstract:
The report presents the results of an assessment of the expected impact of energy efficiency measures under the Operational Program "Regions for Growth" (OPRD) 2014-2020. Based on the application of a logic model and analysis of the unit costs of expected product/result, the report reveals weaknesses in OPRD programming as well as insufficient efficiency of the envisaged measures.
