Abstract:
The organic farming becomes more popular and economically significant nowadays. Тhe change in consumer expectations requires an adequate response from business organizations. It is obvious that the biggest part of the "organic customers" associates this production with the rural regions. This behavior, reflected through the prism of tourism, gives an opportunity for sustainable development of the regions. That state of the market must be used more actively by the stakeholders because this may be the way solving some of the socio-economical problems of our time.
