Abstract: The report focuses on key milestones in the strategic financial planning process. External and internal factors from the point of view of a company have been identified and analyzed, which should be taken into account when preparing, implementing and implementing a long-term financial strategy. Updated issues related to evaluation and choice of financial strategy were discussed.
