Abstract:
In the paper the application of mediation in on-line commerce and its legal framework are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of online platforms for mediation are tackled as well as the organs which are related to on line mediation at national and EU level. Special attention is drawn to mediation in Platform2Business and the obligatory force of the agreement reached in the process of mediation.
