Abstract: Emphasis is placed on the applicability of mediation as a management tool and practice (focus areas) in the activities of educational institutions. The research interest is related to the search for the limits of applicability of mediation in the secondary education system and the need for the formation of practical and applied knowledge and skills in the management teams for the use of mediation techniques in their practice.
