Abstract:
This report examines the author's attempts over the last 4 years to develop and integrate a model for the development of children's emotional competence and effective conflict management in the educational environment. Create and raise as relevant and important a question about the importance of the factors determining the effectiveness of the final results - improving the school microclimate, lasting prevention of aggression in children and adults, and conflict management at all levels in the educational institution.
